Not only did switching to this lifestyle enable me to quickly drop the excess body fat, but it also allowed me to heal all of my physical ailments at the same time!

I've always loved being creative in the kitchen, and as I mastered plant-based meal prepping, my journey of becoming a plant-based chef led me to grad school to continue my education in nutrition and that’s when I was introduced to behavioral nutrition where everything changed for me.

 

With this new understanding of how our lifestyle habits are actually formed and how we can change them, I dove deeper into my purpose of helping as many people as possible manifest a consistent healthy lifestyle and significantly improve their overall health by first healing their relationship with their body & food while developing sustainable self-care & self-love habits, starting in the kitchen!
